In some very rare instances, incomplete removal of the Urchin 4
software
may leave entries in the Windows 2000 registry for the Apache and
Urchin
Scheduler services even when those services have been removed from
the
system. To remove the registry entries, use the following procedure:
WARNING: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious
problems
that may require you to reinstall Windows. Use at your own risk!

Right click on Apache and select Properties
Under the Startup type, choose Disabled and click OK
Right click on Urchin Scheduler and select Properties
