I'm not seeing any data in my reports.
If your reports are not displaying data:
- Check that the UTM is properly referenced on your pages. If the urchin.js file is not installed in the root directory of your site, you'll need to update the reference in each of your web pages to point to its actual location.
- If the UTM is installed correctly, you may be checking your reports before data has appeared. It generally takes several hours for reporting data to appear in your account after you have installed the UTM.
- Urchin reports are not viewable on Safari browsers on Mac OS X.
