I don’t see my orders in my customer account

The following suggestions usually resolve this issue:

  • Click on the link in your purchase protection confirmation email that you received from Google. The link in the email will take you to account set-up for reporting issues with your order.
  • Alternatively, if you’ve already set up your account, go straight there and sign in to see your Order History.
  • Check that you are signed into the same Google account that you used to place the order. More on missing orders.

Issues with your order must be reported through your Google Trusted Stores account. Our team is unable to address specific order issues submitted via this form.
