The Google Trusted Store badge

A Google Trusted Store will display the Google Trusted Store badge on each page of the merchant’s site.

When you see the Google Trusted Store logo on a merchant's site, hover your cursor over this logo to see an expanded version of the badge that provides information on that store's shipping reliability and customer service performance. In many cases, the badge will also include metrics collected through a StellaService shopping evaluation, such as time to delivery, e-mail response time, and returns information. StellaService is an independent company that objectively evaluates various parts of the shopping experience and rates the customer service performance of online businesses.

You can minimize the badge for the rest of your shopping stay by clicking on the “X” close button on the expanded badge.

Verifying merchants

Customers may see different variants of the Google Trusted Stores badge on different merchant sites as Google continues to experiment with different badge configurations and performance metrics. To verify that a website’s Google Trusted Store badge is authentic, click or hover to expand the badge and click the Verify link that appears. You will see a badge verification page.

Verification pages will always be hosted on the domain. Check that the webpage URL is from and that the displayed domain on the verification page is the correct domain for the Google Trusted Store that you are visiting.
