Why do I not see any conversion data?
Conversion data is only available for partners who have implemented conversion tracking. For further details, reach out to your Google Business Development partner or submit feedback.
Why do I only see data for a smaller portion than the date range I select (using the
"Date Range" selector at the top of the page)?
For conversions, this can happen if you have recently implemented conversion tracking. Data will only be shown for the period in which Google has received valid conversion data.
What does a Trip Type of "Other" mean?
"Other" refers to anything that is not defined as "One way" or "Round trip." This includes "Multi-city" or “Open-Jaw” itineraries.
Is the data shown exhaustive?
No, metrics will only be displayed if there are fifty or more referrals or conversions.
Can I download data from the dashboards?
Yes, you can download the data from the dashboards as follows: (1) hover over any table, graph, or chart, (2) click the three-dot menu button that appears on the top right corner, and (3) download the data to a csv file. Please note that Export to Drive is currently not available.
Here is an example csv download showing price buckets as a percentage of daily sales:
Date Timestamp,Lowest price,Not Lowest,Only Priced Option,Unique Lowest,Check Price
1577836800000000,0.16723917458566306,0.17426528150395462,0.5694294700888989
1577923200000000,0.1615941747617166,0.17719879676304592,0.576233557703069
1578009600000000,0.14996150667806163,0.17313519278444445,0.5973033485658589
To convert these in a spread sheet, format the price column cells as percentages. For the date, you might have to set the first one yourself and then use a formula to derive the date for the remaining rows (add one to the previous value in that column for example).
