Travel Analytics Center Terms of Service

Last modified: June 5, 2019

By using the Travel Analytics Center, you agree to be bound by the Google Terms of Service as well as these additional Travel Analytics Center Terms (collectively, the “Terms”). If you are using the Travel Analytics Center on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to the Terms and by accepting the Terms, you are doing so on behalf of that entity (and all references to “you” in the Terms refer to that entity).

Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Travel Analytics Center Terms have the meaning set forth in the Google Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Travel Analytics Center Terms and the Google Terms of Service, these Travel Analytics Center Terms prevail.

1. Product Policies; Use of Travel Analytics Center Account

Your use of the Travel Analytics Center is subject to applicable policies made available by Google. You are responsible for all activity relating to your Travel Analytics Center account, including any use of your account password.

2. Product and Services

Any reporting tools accessible through the Travel Analytics Center and any information provided in connection with those reporting tools (“Reports”) are for informational purposes only and are provided to you “as is”. You may not share Reports with any third parties; Reports are for your internal use only.

If any functionality within the Travel Analytics Center allows you to submit content to Google, except with Google’s prior written permission, you may not (and will not assist or knowingly permit any third party to) pass information to Google that could be used or recognized as personally identifiable information. You agree to submit any such content in a manner that complies with any instructions or specifications provided by Google. You may not provide any content in a manner that violates applicable law or any applicable policies.

There may be certain features of the Travel Analytics Center that are optional. If you choose to use such features, then you may be required to agree to separate terms that are specific to those features. For example, if you use the Travel Analytics Center in connection with Google advertising products, then you also agree to any terms applicable to those advertising products.

3. Changes to Terms

Google may make changes to these Travel Analytics Center Terms as set forth in the Google Terms of Service.
