Add or remove collaborators

Google Translator Toolkit lets multiple users in different locations to collaborate simultaneously on the same translation. For example, when Christian in New York enters something into his translation, Sussu in Helsinki can see the changes in real time and respond to them immediately. Instead of having to compare and consolidate their individual files, both translators edit a single document. Plus, editing is possible from any computer with Internet access.

In addition, Google Translator Toolkit lets advanced users share translation memories and glossaries. For example, when Kohei in Tokyo adds an entry into a translation memory shared with Keiko in Honolulu, Keiko can benefit from Kohei's translations as soon as Kohei completes his translations.
