How can I get more satisfactory and accepted native translation(Bengali,BD) but not some predict?

Some of the translation making no senses and wrong prediction. I think I can give some vocabulary, synonyms & antonyms. You can create some one time vacancies each year for improvement your prediction. It will not so expensive project for you. But with respect I can make some native correct translation than the given image where I mark some wrong spelling and grammar. Where I can do it everyone can do also. But you are not noticing a simple solution for the translation. so it been uncertain when will I get some correct meaning for a sentence.
thank you

Hi Bhabatosh Das,

Welcome to the user-moderated Google Translate support community.

Google knows very well that translation for a bunch of languages is not 100 percent accurate and therefore constantly working on it's algorithms.

Just to let you know, Google Translate gets the translation data from multiple sources and user contribution is one of them. As with any crowdsourcing process, few malicious edits get through the system.

You could voluntarily help Google improve the translation by using Google Translate Community website. If you are not comfortable in translation, you could simply validate the translation suggestions.

If you find any incorrect translations, please feel free to edit it.

Users could contribute translations through a Google Translate community but their edits go through a review process before it gets accepted into the Google Translate product.

You would need to open this site  https://translate.google.com and translate the same text.

Now, click on the pencil icon below the translated text box, fix the poor translation and submit your edit. Please be informed your edit goes through a validation process. After it gets reviewed and approved, it will be pushed to Google Translate and you will then see a corrected translation. We don't know the timeline for reviewing process.

Responding to your second part of the query, Google uses Neural Machine Translation to translate the languages. In other words, they don't employ human translators for the project. You can read more about the inner workings of Google Translate here.
