Drawing feature removed

I use Japanese to English translation oftenly and use it by drawing the characters, but today the character drawing feature just disappeared. Where is it now? Was it removed? How can I translate again by drawing?

Hi Tubsa,

I'm away from my computer but I tried it on my phone using with a desktop version ( Chrome ) and I was able to draw Japanese alphabets. ( Sorry, I don't know the language, so had a hard time to drawing a couple of letters to recreate the issue posted by you ).

Please try to clear the browser memory and restart the system to see if doing so fixes the issue. In addition to this, please disable some browser add-ons like Adblocker etc.

Please post back with a screenshot and share the Operating system version and the Firefox version of your computer, if the issue is not resolved yet.

there are many people that posted here about this problem not only him, the problem isn't in the browser; I have tried on all the browsers including internet explorer, deleting cookies and restarting pc. My second laptop had the same result but when I tried in my friend's laptop I found that the handwriting input is working!!

Hi, thanks for the answers.

It's just like Tenshi said, W16.
From both my laptop and phone, the icon for drawing won't show up. And I just noticed romaji inputting is missing too. But then I tested on a remote computer and it was there. Clearing all sorts of cache isn't working. I guess it's doing this to my IP location. I'll try to renew it and see what happens.

This is how it shows up. A few days ago it was just like yours.

There were several other complaints on the issue. It could be a glitch.
