    We heard your feedback about the old Transit Partner Dashboard loud and clear!

    We've put a lot of effort into designing the new Transit Data Sharing Portal from the ground up, building a more robust and reliable backend and a more simple and intuitive UI.

  2. Can I still use the old Transit Partner Dashboard?

    You can use the legacy Transit Partner Dashboard until its planned deprecation in January 2024.
  3. What happens to all of my data during this transition?

    All of the data in your old Partner Dashboard account -- including your user accounts, GTFS feed configurations, manual service alerts, email preferences, and preview (Testing Access) settings -- have been migrated to the new Transit Data Sharing Portal.
  4. Will any changes I make in the new Transit Data Sharing Portal be reflected in the old Partner Dashboard, and vice versa?

    Changes to feed configurations and manual service alerts are synced between the old and new Partner Dashboards.

    However, please note the following:

    • Email settings: Changes made to email notification preferences and Testing Access (aka Previews) in the new Transit Data Sharing Portal will not be reflected in the old Partner Dashboard.
    • User access: To add or modify user accounts, please use the new Transit Data Sharing Portal. Any changes made to user accounts in the old Partner Dashboard will be overridden by the settings in the new Transit Data Sharing Portal.
  5. I can’t figure out how to do something with the new Partner Dashboard that I used to be able to do with the old one. How do I get help or send feedback?

    Please send feedback using the “Send Feedback” link at the bottom left corner of the Transit Data Sharing Portal. You can also email us at transit-partners@google.com if you’re having issues with the Partner Dashboard.
