Manage your Alerts

You can use your Transit Partner Dashboard to find, edit, duplicate, or delete alerts.

Find a list of your alerts

In the Transit Partner Dashboard, you can view a list of your alerts:

  1. Open your Transit Partner Dashboard.
  2. In the left menu, click Feeds.
  3. Next to the Feed name you’d like to explore, click Realtime Feeds.
  4. On the right, click Configure Manual Alerts. The list displays in chronological order and includes the start and end date for the validity of the alert, the informed entities, its effect, and its cause.
  5. To refine the list of alerts, at the top right, use the search field.
  6. To preview the content of an alert, point to the entry in the list.
  7. To view a list of expired alerts, scroll to the bottom of the page. These alerts are automatically deleted from the system within 14 days.

Duplicate an alert

  1. In the Realtime Alerts view, click the Configure Manual Alerts tab.
  2. Point to an alert in the list and click Duplicate. The Service Alert Editor displays with all fields automatically populated with duplicate information from the alert you selected.
  3. Make any edits that you want and click Save. The duplicate alert is published instantly.

Edit an alert

  1. In the Realtime Alerts view, click the Configure Manual Alerts tab.
  2. Point to an existing alert and click Edit. The Service Alert Editor displays all fields automatically populated with the information from the alert that you selected.
  3. Make your changes and click Save. Your edits are published instantly.

Delete an alert

  1. In the Realtime Alerts view, click the Configure Manual Alerts tab.
  2. Point to an alert in the list and click Delete. Your alert is removed from the list.
