Manage your Alerts

In the Transit Partner Dashboard, you can view a list of your alerts in the Configure Manual Alerts tab of the Realtime Feeds view :

The list is displayed in chronological order and includes the start date/end date for the validity of the alert, the informed entities, its effect, and its cause. You can refine the list that’s displayed by using the Search field:

You can preview the content of an alert by placing your cursor over the entry in the list:

On the bottom of the page, a list of expired alerts is displayed. These alerts will be automatically deleted from the system within 14 days:

From this list, you can duplicate, edit, and delete your alerts.
 

To duplicate an alert:
  1. In the Realtime Alerts view, click the Configure Manual Alerts tab:
  2. Place your cursor over an alert in the list to display the options and click DuplicateDuplicate an alertThe Service Alert Editor is displayed with all of the fields automatically populated with duplicate information from the alert you selected.
  3. Make any edits that you want and click Save. The duplicate alert is published instantly.
To edit an alert:
  1. In the Realtime Alerts view, click the Configure Manual Alerts tab.
  2. Place your cursor over an existing alert to display the options, and click Edit:Edit an alertThe Service Alert Editor is displayed with all of the fields automatically populated with the information from the alert that you selected.
  3. Make your changes and click Save. Your edits are published instantly.
To delete an alert:
  1. In the Realtime Alerts view, click the Configure Manual Alerts tab.
  2. Place your cursor over an alert in the list to display the options and click DeleteDelete and alert Your alert is removed from the list.
