How to use Auto Fill

After creating your Auto Fill profile, click the Auto Fill button to fill forms automatically with the information that you've provided. If you've set up multiple profiles, click the down arrow next to the Auto Fill button to choose the profile that you'd like to use.

When using Auto Fill, be careful about the information that you're providing. It's important that you use this feature only on websites that you trust, as certain websites might try to capture your information in hidden or hard-to-see fields.

If you're unsure about what information you're providing, you can see a preview of your data before it's entered in the form by hovering your cursor over the Auto Fill button or one of your profiles.

Change your Auto Fill password

In addition to saving your contact information in an Auto Fill profile, you can also save your credit card information and protect it with a password. If you forget your password, you can reset it in the Toolbar Options window. To protect your information, resetting your password also clears your credit card information.

To reset your Auto Fill password, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Toolbar's spanner spanner icon.
  2. Click the Auto Fill tab in the Toolbar Options window.
  3. In the Credit cards section, click Forgot password.
  4. Click Yes or OK to clear your password and credit card information.
  5. Click Save.
