Automatically fill out web forms

You can fill out web forms with one click using AutoFill in Toolbar. All you need to do is create an online profile with your contact info. Any credit card information you save in your profile is password protected.

Create an AutoFill profile

To use AutoFill, you’ll need to create an online profile first. Here’s how:

  1. On the right side of Toolbar, click the wrench  
  2. On the left side of the window, click the AutoFill tab.
  3. Check the box next to “AutoFill”
  4. Click Add new profile.
  5. Type your information and click Save.

You’ll now be able to use AutoFill when filling out web forms.

Use AutoFill to fill out a form

Any time you want to automatically fill out a web form, just click the AutoFill button in the Toolbar. The information from your profile will automatically appear in the form.

If you have more than one profile:

  1. Click the arrow next to the AutoFill button.
  2. Select the profile you'd like to use.

The profile information you chose will be entered in the form.

Protecting your information

To help keep your information safe and secure, make sure you use AutoFill only on websites you trust.

If you're unsure about the information you're providing, you can preview your web form information by pointing your cursor to the AutoFill button in the Toolbar. Or, you can point to one of your profiles under the AutoFill button drop-down.

Reset your AutoFill password

If you provided credit card information in your online profile, you were given the option to create a password. You can reset your password at any time. Resetting your password will clear your credit card info, so you’ll need to retype that information in your profile.

  1. On the right side of Toolbar, click the wrench 
  2. On the left side of the window, click the AutoFill tab.
  3. Click Forgot password in the “Credit cards” section.
  4. Click Yes or OK to clear your password and credit card information.
  5. Click Edit next to name of the credit card you want to use.
  6. Re-enter your credit card number.
  7. Check the box next to “Require password to access credit card information.”
  8. Create a new password.
  9. Click Save.

Your new password has been created.

Turn off AutoFill

  1. On the right side of Toolbar, click the wrench 
  2. Go to the AutoFill tab.
  3. Uncheck the box next to “AutoFill” 

If you want to turn AutoFill back on, simply check the box again. Your profile information will be saved. If you want to remove your personal information from AutoFill, click Remove next to your saved profiles.
