Spell check

You can correct spelling mistakes as you fill out forms, write emails, and post on discussion forums. You can also choose your spell check language.

Turn on or off spell check

  1. On the right side of Toolbar, click the wrench
  2. Go to the Tools tab.
  3. To turn on spell check, check the “Spell check” box. To turn it off, uncheck the box.
  4. Click Save.

Check spelling

To use spell check, follow these steps.

  1. Type words into a form, email, or discussion forum.
  2. Click the Spell check button on the Toolbar.

Spelling mistakes will appear underlined in red. To stop spell check, click the Spell check button again.

Change your spell check language

  1. Next to the Spell check button on the Toolbar, click the arrow.
  2. From the drop-down, select Choose language.
  3. Select a language from the menu.

Your spell check language will change to the language you selected.

To have Toolbar automatically detect your spell check language, turn on AutoFix.

  1. Click the arrow next to the Spell check button on the Toolbar.
  2. From the drop-down, select Choose language.
  3. Select Auto from the menu.

Spell check will now check for any of the languages listed below.
