When Google Toolbar is disabled, you may see a small message appear at the bottom of your screen asking if you want to re-enable Google Toolbar. You can learn more about useful Toolbar features, like translating web pages instantly and completing forms with a single click, in the Getting Started guide.
Clicking Enable on the dialog box will make Toolbar visible again. Clicking the X or Ask me later will close the dialog box and allow Google Toolbar to continue working. Or, if you click No Thanks, you won't see the "We noticed Google Toolbar was disabled" message again. You can also enable Toolbar by following these instructions. If you decide you don't want to use Toolbar, you can uninstall it at any time.
If you have Internet Explorer 9, learn how to ensure you don't disable Google Toolbar inadvertently in the future.
