Restart a Titan Security Key that's not working

Important: Bluetooth-capable Titan Security Keys are no longer available for purchase via Google Store or authorised third-party distributors.

If your Bluetooth security key isn’t working, you can reset it. Your key will still be registered to your account after it’s reset.

  1. On the back of your Bluetooth Titan Security Key, find the small, circular hole. It’s just below the keyring loop.
  2. With a pin, gently push the reset button inside the hole.
  3. Try using or pairing your key again.
