Switching from a personal to a 360 Suite Home account

1. Log in to Google Surveys.
2. Toggle to your Surveys 360 profile by clicking the building icon:

Click the building icon next to Surveys 360

If you don't see the Surveys 360 bar above, check the following:

  • The profile is logged into the email you added to the Suite Organization master account.
  • Ensure that "Personal accounts" is not selected in organization switcher next to your avatar.
  • Your Surveys URL should contain your organization ID.

Suite Home account URLs contain an organization ID:
https://surveys.google.com/your-surveys?org=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
 
Personal account URLs look like this:
https://surveys.google.com/your-surveys?org=personal
