Paused surveys

Your survey may be paused due to low incidence and/or low response rate, high skip rate, or slow response time.

  • Low incidence means that the targeted population does not occur very often.
  • Low response rate means that of the people prompted, few answered your question.
  • High skip rate means that of the people prompted, many skipped your question.
  • Slow response time means that respondents took longer than usual to answer your question.

When this happens, our team reviews your survey again. When the review is complete, we let you know if any action is required on your part.
