Edit survey owners

Google Surveys lets you edit the owners of your survey. Survey owners can access survey data, delete surveys, and set the privacy permissions for a survey. Survey owners must have a Google account.

Before you submit a survey for review

When you reach the confirmation page in the survey-creation process, you have the opportunity to edit the survey's owners before launch.

To add or delete a survey owner:

  1. Under Details, click Edit [Edit].
  2. To add: Enter the new owner's email address and click INVITE.
  3. To remove: Click REMOVE next to the user's email address.
  4. Click DONE.
While a survey is running or once it has been completed

You can also edit survey owners once it has started running or if it has already been completed. To edit your survey owners:

  1. On the My Surveys page, click the survey you want to view.
  2. Click Sharing [Share] at the top of the page.
