  • These refund options only apply if your email order receipt mentions "Subscribe with Google".
  • To request a refund, we recommend you contact the publisher.
  • If Google provides a refund for an active subscription, we’ll cancel it on your behalf.

Google may issue a refund for these reasons:

EEA Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you’re based in the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from the subscription within 14 days from the purchase date. To exercise the right of withdrawal, request a refund.
Faulty subscription or contribution
If you can't access content to which you’ve subscribed or contributed, contact the publisher for support or request a refund. Google may completely or partially refund your subscription or contribution up to 1 year after purchase.
The services offered do not match stated benefits of the subscription or contribution
If the publisher isn’t offering the benefits that were stated in the subscription or contribution offer description, contact the publisher for support or request a refund. Google may completely or partially refund your subscription or contribution up to 1 year after purchase.
Other
In all other instances, Google may completely or partially refund your subscription within 14 days after purchase. To request a refund, contact the Subscribe with Google support team.
