Get a price match or price correction
Share some purchase info and a Google Store agent will get in touch with you.
If you bought an item from the Google Store that decreased in price within the standard return period, you may get a partial refund to match the lower price.
You can also get a price match after you have placed your Google Store order. If you find a better price at a qualified retailer within the standard return period, you'll be refunded the difference.
Qualify for price protection
- You must make your request within the standard return period.
- If a lower price is due to a Google Store promotion, you must meet all the eligibility requirements of that promotion’s Terms and Conditions. You can find promotion Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the Google Store page.
- If you had a promotional price on your original order, price protection doesn't apply for any Google Store promotions launched after your order.
- Protection doesn't apply to price changes on refurbished products.
Qualify for price match
Google Store matches advertised online prices from qualified retailers. To find a retailer, select your country or region in the Find a qualifying retailer tool.
Refunds are processed when your order is dispatched.
All of these conditions must apply:
- You can get up to two refunds per user per item.
- You must make your request within the standard return period.
- The online price must be in the same currency as the item you bought on Google Store.
- The advertised price must be for the same model. Item colour and memory must also be the same, if applicable.
- The advertised price must still be in effect when you request the adjustment. If the item is out of stock, no rain checks apply.
- You must provide a live, publicly accessible link to the promo or web page that verifies the price. PDFs, screenshots, pictures or individual price quotes aren't accepted.
- For phones, price match is available for unlocked models only. We can't match the price for operator models.
- If fraud or unauthorised reseller activity is suspected, you may not get a price match.
Price match exclusions
- Contract mobile phones or financing deals.
- Special daily or hourly deals.
- Third-party pre-order offers or third-party trade-in offers.
- Wholesale, special business, members-only or educational pricing.
- Mail-in, coupon, gift card offers or pricing errors.
- Product bundles, items at no charge or bundled services or support.
- Clearance, open box, refurbished or pre-owned items.
- Products shipped or sold by third-party retailers on a competitor’s website.
