Get Pro installation for your Nest product

When you buy from the Google Store, our professional partners can install connected home products for you.

Schedule your appointment

Important: Google does not perform your Pro installation and has no responsibility or liability for the installation. We partner with Handy and OnTech, who are independent of Google.

Book your appointment from the order confirmation page after you make your Pro installation purchase. If you placed more than one order, you’ll get multiple reminders to schedule your appointment in your Google Store order history.

  1. Choose the date and time from the available appointments.
  2. Review the information and policies
  3. If you agree, select I agree to complete the booking.

You can see the status of your installation appointment in your order details.

Reschedule your appointment

To reschedule your appointment:

  1. Go to order details.
  2. Under 'Appointment time', select Reschedule appointment.
  3. Pick a new date or time.

Cancel your appointment

If you cancel before the appointment:

  • More than 24 hours: You’ll get a full refund. 
  • Between 24 hours and 2 hours: You’ll get a refund minus a $15 USD cancellation fee. 
  • Less than 2 hours: You won't get a refund.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can cancel your installation for a refund in your order details. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you must cancel the entire delivery.
