You can see all your Made by Google devices that are signed into your account, regardless of where you purchased them, when you visit Your Devices. On Your Devices, you'll be able to find details about your Made by Google products, including model information, purchase and warranty details, and your IMEI or serial number. You can also go to Your Devices to manage your related subscriptions, start repairs, find device-specific help, and contact support.
Some devices, like Google Pixel Buds, might not show up in Your Devices if you did not purchase them from Google Store using your account. You can add missing devices manually or remove devices you no longer use.
Add a device
If you don't see a device you own under Your Devices, you can add a device manually:
- Go to store.google.com/my-devices.
- Select Add device.
- Enter your device's IMEI or serial number.
- Select Next.
- Review the information and select Yes, add device.
Note: If the device you add is not associated with your Google Account, you'll only be able to see limited information and perform limited device actions.
Remove a device
If you no longer want to see a device that shows up under Your Devices, you can remove it manually:
- Go to store.google.com/my-devices.
- Find the device you want to remove and select View More.
- Review the information and select Yes, remove device.
If you removed a device by accident, or want to add your device back at a later time, you can add it back using the steps to add a device.
Note: Removing a device from Your Devices won't log you out of the device or do a factory reset. You'll have to take these actions directly on the device.
