1. Start your return

Most items that you buy from the Google Store are eligible for return. You can return most items within 15 days after you receive them. Learn more about Google Store return policy.

Important: To return multiple items from the same order together, follow the steps below and select all items to return in your Google Store order history.

Return an Item #2 | Google Store

1. Find the items you want to return in your Google Store order history.
2. Under the order, select View or edit order.
3. On the "Order details" page, go to your order.
4. In your order, select Return.

Start your return or refund

Tips:

• If you've passed the return period for your device or your delivery carrier hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can't return the item. You can check if the return period has passed in your Google Store order history.
• If your item hasn’t been dispatched, you can cancel or change your order.
• If you purchased from a third-party retailer, contact the retailer to return the item.
