Track your trade-in kit

After your new device has been sent to you, or when you pick up your new device in store, trade-in kits are dispatched. Trade-in kits are delivered to the address you submit when you order. If you update the address for your new device before it is dispatched, the trade-in kit is delivered to the same address in a separate package. In some cases, the kit may take more than five working days to reach you.

Check the status of your trade-in by selecting Trade-in details from your order history.

If it says:

Trade-in kit wasn't dispatched: Check again later, once you have received your new device.

  • If you don't receive your trade-in kit within 10 working days of receiving your new device, please contact our support team.

Trade-in kit dispatched: To see your kit's tracking information on the delivery carrier's website, select Track your trade-in kit.

  • If the tracking information says it's already been delivered, you'll need to change your delivery address and request a new kit. For help, contact our support team.

Update delivery address: Select Update address and complete the form to resend your trade-in kit.
