Track your trade-in device

After you shipped your trade-in device in your trade-in kit, you can check its status. Learn how to check your trade-in’s status.

"Waiting to receive an old device"

You received this message because your device wasn't received by Google.

To track your trade-in device:

  1. Go to your Google Store "Order history" page.
  2. Select Trade-in details.
  3. Select Track your old phone.
    • This helps to check your old phone’s tracking information on the delivery carrier’s website.

Tip: If the delivery carrier’s website shows your trade-in device is delayed or lost in transit, contact Google Store Support.
