You received this message because your device wasn't received by Google.
To track your trade-in device:
- Go to your Google Store 'Order history' page.
- Select Trade-in details.
- Select Track your old phone.
- This helps to check your old phone’s tracking information on the delivery carrier’s website.
Tip: If the delivery carrier’s website shows that your trade-in device is delayed or lost in transit, contact Google Store support.
