Visit the Google retail shop in person

You can buy Google products in Google’s physical retail shops:

  • Google Store Chelsea, located at 15th & 9th Ave, New York, NY 10011
  • Google Store Williamsburg, located at 134 N 6th St, Brooklyn, NY 11249

The Google retail shop sells some of the items that you can buy on and Purchases at the Google retail shop are subject to availability.

Important: Hours may vary based on holidays and events.

  • Google Store Chelsea hours:
    • Monday–Saturday, 10.00 a.m. – 8.00 p.m. ET
    • Sunday, 11.00 a.m.–7.00 p.m. ET
  • Google Store Williamsburg hours:
    • Monday–Saturday, 10.00 a.m. – 7.00 p.m. ET
    • Sunday, 11.00 a.m.–7.00 p.m. ET

Refunds and returns

  • If you want to return or exchange an item that you got at the Google retail shop: for the Terms and Conditions.
  • If you bought an item at the Google retail shop with cash and want a refund: You can visit the Google retail shop to get your refund in cash.
  • You'll receive your refund in Store credit when you return your item online.

On-site repair

  • You can get any Pixel phone purchased in the US repaired onsite at the Google retail shop.
  • If your Pixel phone has Preferred Care, visit Assurant's website to file a claim.
    • Tip: If your Pixel device is out of warranty, you can still get it fixed on-site at the Google retail shop.


You can bring your old phone to the Google retail shop to trade it in for a new Pixel phone. We’ll assess your phone and give you a quote for trade-in credit. When you buy your new phone, we’ll apply the credit to the retail price.

The health and safety of customers and shop team members is our top priority, and we built our shop and shopping experience with that in mind.

  • We recommend masks, hand sanitisation and social distancing in our Google retail shop and we clean all spaces multiple times a day.
  • To adapt our health and safety procedures as needed, we continue to closely follow the guidance of local and national authorities.
