Manage your Stadia Pro subscription, game subscriptions, and purchases

You can view and manage your purchases and subscriptions on stadia.com or in the Stadia app Stadia icon.

View and manage your subscriptions

To view the subscriptions associated with your Stadia account:

On stadia.com

  1. Sign into your account at stadia.com.
  2. In the top right, select your avatar.
  3. Select Stadia settings and then Purchases & subscriptions.

In the Stadia app

  1. On your mobile device, open the Stadia app Stadia icon.
  2. In the top right, tap your avatar.
  3. Tap Purchases & subscriptions.

Manage your subscriptions and payment methods

Stadia Pro and game subscriptions are listed under "Subscriptions". Next to each subscription, you can view information about how often you're charged, the payment amount, and your next billing date.

To manage an active subscription or the payment method associated with it, select Manage next to the subscription.

If your Stadia Pro subscription has ended, you can resubscribe at stadia.com/pro.

If you want to manage your subscriptions in the Stadia app Stadia icon and your payment method is associated with Google Play, use an Android device.

Cancel a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time on stadia.com or in the Stadia app Stadia icon.

On stadia.com

  1. Sign into your account at stadia.com.
  2. In the top right, select your avatar.
  3. Select Stadia settings and then Purchases & subscriptions.
  4. Next to the subscription you want to cancel, select Unsubscribe.

In the Stadia app

  1. On your mobile device, open the Stadia app Stadia icon.
  2. Tap your avatar and then Purchases & subscriptions.
  3. Under the subscription you want to cancel, tap Cancel subscription.

Note: If you cancel your Stadia Pro or game subscription, you will continue to enjoy its benefits until the end of your current billing period. Your subscriptions will continue to appear in the Stadia app until they expire.

To restart your Stadia Pro subscription while it's still active, select Manage. To resubscribe to Pro after your subscription ends, visit stadia.com/pro.

Review your purchase history

When you make a purchase on Stadia, we'll send you a confirmation email with the name of the product, the purchase amount, and an order number. You can also review your purchase history at stadia.com or in the Stadia app Stadia icon.

Your purchase history shows details about the following transactions:

  • Purchases
    • Games
    • Bundles
    • Subscriptions
    • Add-on content
  • Returns and pending returns
  • Redemptions and chargebacks

To review your purchases:

In the Stadia app

  1. On your mobile device, open the Stadia app Stadia icon.
  2. In the top right, tap your avatar.
  3. Tap Purchases & subscriptions.

On stadia.com

  1. Sign into your account at stadia.com.
  2. In the top right, select your avatar.
  3. Select Stadia settings and then Purchases & subscriptions.

Your orders are listed under "Purchase history", including the date and the transaction amount. Select an order to view more details about it.

Note: The "Transaction ID" displayed in your order details is the same as the "Order number" in your confirmation email.
