Contact us about access to disabled accounts

If a player’s actions are found to be in violation of our Stadia code of conduct, that player’s account may be temporarily or permanently disabled. The length of time of the disablement depends on a number of factors (such as what the violation is and how many times, if any, the player has been found to be in violation in the past). When a player’s account access is disabled, the player will receive an email with some details regarding the disablement.

If your account has been disabled, you can contact customer support to get more information or appeal the decision to disable your access.

Note: We can not share information about a player or their account with anyone other than that player. If you have reported another player, we can not discuss or update you on any action taken regarding that player or account.
