Starting November 9, 2022, Stadia will attempt to automatically process refunds for all purchases of games, add-on content and subscriptions fees other than Stadia Pro made through the Stadia store. We ask for your patience as we work through each transaction and that you refrain from contacting Customer Support as they will not be able to expedite your refund during this time. Issues signing into Stadia

If you are unable to create a profile, it might be because of one of the following reasons:

  • You are a child and are on a child’s account. If so, you will be asked to send a request to a parent so that the parent may create a profile for you.
  • You are trying to sign in from an area that is outside of the allowed regions.
  • You requested that your Stadia account be deleted.
  • We are working on a request to recover your Stadia account.
  • You are using a G Suite account instead of a Google account.
  • Your account is banned for abuse.
