If your device is compatible with the latest Snapseed update but the Play Store only shows a previous version, then you will need to clear the Play Store data.
To clear data in Google Play Store:
- Open the devices's Settings > Apps > Google Play Store
- Tap CLEAR DATA
- Tap OK to confirm "Delete app data?"
- Restart the device
You should now be able to install the latest version of Snapseed.
