On an Android tablet, Snapseed saves images at up to 16 megapixels, and up to 8 megapixels on an Android phone.
Files that are originally larger than 16 or 8 megapixels will be down-sampled, and the pixel dimensions will be divided by factors of two until the file is equal to or smaller than 16 megapixels on a tablet and 8 megapixels on a phone. The tables below provide examples of the output file dimensions:
