An award in Skillshop is a recognition you'll get when you pass the final assessment in a learning path. Google offers certifications to individuals who are proficient in basic and advanced aspects of Google products and solutions like Youtube Music and Grow with Google. You can earn certifications when you pass all assessments and required qualifications in the learning path. You can view and print your awards and certifications in your Skillshop Profile.

Tip: Keep in mind, an award in Skillshop is not a formal credential, but certifications are.

How it works

Earning an award or certification:

  1. Go to a learning path by searching in the Skillshop search bar and selecting the desired award or certification. (Review other navigation options here).
  2. Prepare for assessment by completing activities included in the learning path.
  3. Take all associated certification assessment(s). Note, you must pass all assessments to earn the award or certification.

Printing your awards and certifications:

  1. Sign in to Skillshop.
  2. Click your icon in the upper right, then click My Profile.
  3. Scroll to the Awards section. You'll see any awards and certifications you've earned. 
  4. View your award or certificate by clicking the name.
