Can't CREATE a site for my domain

ive uploaded a few screenshots to add visual descriptions but when i go to my website URL (www.eatdrinkplayvegan.com) and im given a link to login if its my domain so i can start creating a site, I login and get to the next step which is to pick a theme for the site and name it. then i usually press CREATE to start editing, etc. HOWEVER, when i click CREATE, nothing happens. I can click it over and over again and it doesn't do anything. Ive tried clearing cache, cookies, etc. and have tried from IE, Firefox, anc Chrome and the same thing always happens. I have other sites that i manage and i was given access to editing following these steps so im pretty sure this problem applies to this particular domain.

Levels

Member levels indicate a user's level of participation in a forum. The greater the participation, the higher the level. Everyone starts at level 1 and can rise to level 10. These activities can increase your level in a forum:

  • Post an answer.
  • Having your answer selected as the best answer.
  • Having your post rated as helpful.
  • Vote up a post.
  • Correctly mark a topic or post as abuse.

Having a post marked and removed as abuse will slow a user's advance in levels.
