Make your site public

If you want everyone to be able to view your site without signing in to a Google Account, you can set your site as public:

 

Google Accounts users
  1. From the More Actions drop-down menu, select Share this site.
  2. In the Permissions box, click Change.
  3. Select the radio button next to the option you want for your site. If you select Public on the web, anyone can search for and view your site. If you select Anyone with the link, anyone who has the URL can view it. If you select Private, you must give permission to people before they can view site.
  4. Click "Save."
  5. Click "Close."

 

Google Apps users
  1. From the More Actions drop-down menu, select Share this site.
  2. In the Permissions box, click Change.
  3. Select the radio button next to the option you want for your site. If you select YourDomain.com, anyone who also has an account with your organization can search for and view your site. If you select People at YourDomain.com with the link, anyone who has an account with your organization has the URL can view it. If you select Private, you must give permission to people before they can view site.
  4. If you choose to make your site public within your organization or viewable to anyone with the link, you can also allow that same set of people to edit your site by checking the box next to Allow anyone within YourDomain.com to edit.
  5. Click "Save."
  6. Click "Close."
 
Making your site public, either with view or edit access, will override any page-level permissions you've set up.
