Troubleshoot web queries

Search Ads 360 web queries help you download the latest Search Ads 360 data directly from a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet instead of manually downloading and importing a file into Excel.

If you've set up a web query but don't see the data updating in your Excel spreadsheet, follow the troubleshooting steps below.

Are you able to sign in to Search Ads 360 and view the advertiser included in the web query?Yes, I can see reports for the advertiser in Search Ads 360.No, I don't see the advertiser when I sign in.

Have you cleared the cache and cookies from Internet Explorer (IE)?YesNo
