How to get support

Available support for all Google Marketing Platform products

Support is available only to Sales Partners and to customers that purchase Google Marketing Platform advertising or Analytics 360 products directly from Google.

  2. Click in the header.
  3. Under Need more help?, click Contact Us.
  4. In the text box, enter a description of the problem you're having, then click Next step.
  5. Click one of the recommendations to get more information, or click Next step again, then open the chat or email option.
Note: You can get support for Google Marketing Platform Product APIs by searching for the platform you need API assistance for in the Developers site.
