Use the Reporting API to download reports on AdWords location targets
In AdWords campaigns, you can set up geo-location targets, proximity targets, and location extension targets to adjust bids depending on the location that a customer searches from or has expressed interest in. To download performance metrics for these location targets, you can use the Reporting API to request a campaignLocationTarget report. For example, the downloaded report can show the number of clicks from customers located in or expressing an interest in each of your targeted locations.
