Call status segment

Segment AdWords Call metrics report

Indicates whether the call to your custom Google forwarding number was answered. Add this segment to the Call metrics report to group calls by Received, Missed, or Unknown.


Segment a Call metrics report
  1. Navigate to a Google Ads engine account, campaign, or ad group.
  2. Click the More▼ tab, and then click Call metrics.

  3. Above the performance summary graph, click Segment.
  4. Click +Segment ▼. In the Search box, type the segment name, and then click the name.
