Review completed landing page tests

You can view the history of completed landing page tests, even months after the tests have been run. To make sure you're viewing metrics that were recorded for the entire duration of a test, you may need to adjust the report's time range.

To view the history of a completed test:

  1. Navigate to the advertiser that contains the landing page test.

Steps for navigating to an advertiser
    1. Click the navigation bar to display navigation options.

    2. In the Agency list, click on the agency that contains the advertiser. You can search for an agency by name or scroll through the list.

    3. In the Advertiser list, click on the advertiser.

    4. Click Apply or press the Enter key.

Search Ads 360 displays the advertiser page, which contains data for all of the advertiser’s engine accounts.

  2. In the left navigation panel, click Landing page tests.

  3. Click the Completed tab.
The reporting table lists all completed landing page tests in your advertiser.
The Is result column displays Checkmark icon. (checkmark icon) next to a landing page if you selected a new landing page when you stopped the test. If you reverted to the original URL, the checkmark icon does not display.

  4. To make sure you're viewing metrics that were recorded for the entire duration of a test:

    1. Add the Start date and End date columns to the report.

    2. Adjust the report's time range to include the start and end dates of the test you want to view.

The table now displays all test metrics collected by Search Ads 360 and the Floodlight activities on your site while the test was active.

  5. To view data about conversions tracked by Google Analytics, from the View menu above the table select GA - Landing page tests.

  6. Optionally, do any of the following:

When viewing performance data for landing page tests, please keep the following in mind:

  • Reporting tables for landing page tests only include Search Ads 360 visits and data recorded by Floodlight activities and Google Analytics goals. Engine metrics such as clicks and cost are not available.

  • Conversion data associated with clicks is not available. For example, Action conv % is not available. Instead, view Actions/visit.

  • If you didn’t evenly split traffic among the landing pages in the test, metrics that show total amounts collected from all visits such as Revenue can be misleading when comparing performance. Instead, look at metrics such as Revenue/visit.
