Ad template text column

The text properties of an ad template including the title, descriptions, and display URL.

Each ad template property appears on a separate line.

Ad templates have the same properties and requirements as ads in a manual Google Ads campaign, including support for text parameters.

You can insert inventory attributes and template functions to update the ad template based on data in your inventory feed.

Add this column to a report

1. Navigate to a Google Ads engine account or lower scope.

2. Click the Inventory ▼ tab and select Ad templates.

3. If the column isn't already in the reporting table:

   1. Click the Columns button above the performance summary graph.

   2. In the Search for columns box, type the column name and press the Enter key.

   3. Click + next to the column name in the Available columns list.

   4. Click Apply.
