Ad group column (in Change history)

Displays the name of an ad group in which changes were made.

You can click the name of an ad group to navigate to the reporting table.

View this column in a report

Select a time range for the report.
Navigate to the campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, labels, or bid strategies whose change history you want to see.
In the toolbar above the performance summary graph, click Change history.
The column appears in the reporting table by default.
