View and undo bulk edits

When you schedule a bulk edit, you can also specify that Search Ads 360 reverts the edit at a specific time. Alternatively, the Bulk operations page shows a history of bulk edits in the past 30 days for the advertiser. You can download a report from the Results column for more details, including the reasons that any of the campaigns, ad groups, keywords, or ads failed to be updated.

You can also use this report to revert a bulk edit:

  1. Navigate to the engine account that contains the campaign, ad group, keyword, or ad.

Steps for navigating to an engine account
    1. In the left navigation panel, click All accounts.
What if the left navigation pane isn't visible?

    2. Click the navigation bar to display navigation options.

    3. In the Agency list, click on the agency that contains the advertiser. You can search for an agency by name or scroll through the list.

    4. In the Advertiser list, click on the advertiser that contains the engine account.

    5. In the Account list, click on the engine account.

    6. Click Apply or press the Enter key.

Search Ads 360 displays the engine account page.

  2. Click Bulk operations in the left nav.
    The Bulk operations page appears.

  3. In the Results column, click a Download reports link.

  4. After the download is complete, open the report in a spreadsheet tool like Microsoft Excel or LibreOffice.

  5. Remove the rows that contain the edits you want to preserve.

  6. For the rows of edits that you want to undo, switch the column titles of the original and new columns.
For example, switch Original Keyword max CPC with Keyword max CPC.

  7. If any of the cells in the switched columns are blank, enter remove_content in those cells.

  8. Upload the report back into Search Ads 360.
