Use bulksheets to create manual campaigns

Upload a keyword to a specific engine account

Before you start

  1. Download the keywords bulksheet template.

  2. Open the template and make the following edits:

    1. In the Row type column, enter keyword.

    2. In the Action column, enter create.

    3. In the Campaign column, enter the name of the campaign that will contain the keyword.
To see the list of campaign names for an engine account, navigate to the engine account and click the Campaigns tab. Campaign names appear in the Campaign column.

Steps for navigating to an engine account
      1. In the left navigation panel, click All accounts.
What if the left navigation pane isn't visible?

      2. Click the navigation bar to display navigation options.

      3. In the "Agency" list, click on the agency that contains the advertiser. You can search for an agency by name or scroll through the list.

      4. In the "Advertiser" list, click on the advertiser that contains the engine account.

      5. In the "Account" list, click on the engine account.

      6. Click Apply or press the Enter key.

Search Ads 360 displays the engine account page.

    4. In the Ad group column, enter the name of the ad group that will contain the keyword.
To see the list of ad group names in an engine account, navigate to the engine account and click the Ad groups tab. Ad group names appear in the Ad group column.

    5. Enter the keyword text and settings in the remaining columns.
To see information about each column—including which columns are required and which are optional—rest the mouse pointer on a column heading.

In Baidu, keywords are required to specify two URLs: one for non-mobile devices and another for mobile devices.

If you use the same URL for both device types, specify the URL in the Keyword landing page column. For example:
      https://www.example.com/mortgage
Search Ads 360 will use this URL in both of the keyword's clickserver URLs.

If you use different landing pages for non-mobile and mobile devices, use the ifmobile and ifnotmobile parameters in the Keyword landing page column. For example:
      {ifnotmobile:https://www.example.com/mortgage}{ifmobile:https://m.example.com/mortgage}

  3. Save the bulksheet and upload it.

If there are no processing errors, Search Ads 360 creates your new keywords. To confirm the upload, navigate to the engine account and click the Keywords tab.
