For position-based bid strategies, you specify this setting in the Target section. For other types of bid strategies, this is an optional constraint that you specify in the Constraints section.
Displays the keyword target position specified in a bid strategy. This determines the nearest to the top of the page that an ad could appear.
You can use this column in a formula column by specifying the Bid_strategy_bottom_position variable.
Add this column to a report

In the left navigation panel, click Bid strategies.

Above the performance summary graph, click the Columns button.

In the Search box, type the column name.

Click + next to the column name in the Available columns list.

Click Apply.
