Returns the smallest integer greater than a specified number.

Syntax

ceiling(x)

x can be any of the following data types:
Long, Money, or Double.

Examples

ceiling(1.4) = 2
ceiling(1.6) = 2
ceiling(-1.4) = -1
ceiling(-1.6) = -1
