Scope down and filter to selected for a faster UI

If a reporting table in the UI is taking too long to open, try scoping down to a smaller object level and filtering to selected items.

For example: You navigate to an engine account and click the Keywords tab. It’s taking too long to load, so you can:

  1. Click the Campaigns tab.

  2. (Optional) Use a filter so that the table contains only active campaigns:

    1. Click the Filter button, which appears above the performance summary graph.
    2. From the +Attribute or metric list, select Status.
Search Ads 360 displays checkboxes for each possible status.
    3. Select only the Active checkbox. Remove the checks from the Paused and Removed checkboxes, if they're checked.
    4. Click Apply filters.
  3. Select the check boxes next to the campaigns that contain the keywords you really want to report on.

  4. Click Filter to selected campaigns to see only the campaigns you selected.

  5. Now, when you click the Keywords tab, it should load much faster because the filter is restricting the keywords to only those within the campaigns you selected.

  6. If you want to download the report, that should also now be faster.
