Fix Search Ads 360 errors

If you see an error in Search Ads 360 that you don't know how to fix, try these steps:

  • Manually sync with the engine and select Fix all trafficking errors
    This step clears out old error messages and can fix some new errors by getting a fresh copy of items from the engine. Any changes you made to the item in Search Ads 360 will be lost.
     
  • Recyle/retraffic items with errors.
    This step can fix some new errors by sending a fresh copy of items from Search Ads 360 to the engine.
