Stop metering from smart home devices and smart assistant

If you’re an eligible panelist, to stop the use of Smart Home devices with your Screenwise Router and stop receiving notifications:

1. Go to your Screenwise Meter account.
2. On the left, click Devices.
3. Turn off Allow smart home devices to be allowed in your panel participation.

If you’re an eligible panelist, to stop Smart Assistant data collection as part of your panel participation:

1. Go to your Screenwise Meter account.
2. On the left, click Smart assistants.
3. Turn off Allow smart assistant metering to be allowed in your panel participation.
